OUR ORGANIZING PROCESS

FREE 30 MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL

A discovery call is an ideal way to speak with an organizer and ask any preliminary questions that you may have. This is also your time to let us know what you need help with, and our chance to create a game plan. We'll need to view the space to provide an accurate assessment. The call can be on video via Zoom if preferred or you may send photos afterward. We will provide a quote within 24 hours.

STORAGE SOLUTION SUGGESTIONS

If applicable to your project, we will provide ideas on storage solutions to help to keep your space tidy. If you are budget conscious, we can repurpose any containers you may already have on hand. We will make suggestions based on measurements of the area and arrange for you to purchase the items.  We'll pick up the containers for you in the event that you decide to purchase locally. 

HANDS ON ORGANIZING (OR NOT)

We are happy to work with you side by side to help determine which items to keep or toss. It can be an overwhelming and vulnerable experience to do an organizing project, and our goal is to make you feel as comfortable with the process as possible. If you would prefer to have minimal involvement, that's fine too! We'll be sure to set clear intentions with you before starting.

DONATION
DROP OFF

The items that don't make the cut for your space reset will need to be removed - and we've got you covered! We will take one car load per session of donation items and drop them off for you. Please note that we prioritize donating to organizations who provide goods to children, women, and those in need at no cost rather than those that accept donations to resell them for profit. 

GENERAL CLEANING OF THE PROJECT AREA

We'd like to be very clear that we are professional organizers - not professional cleaners. Having said that, there's no way that we would ignore dust bunnies or removable stains in your space and just organize around them! After reducing the items in the space we will do a general clean of the area as part of the revamp before implementing the organization system. 

COMPLIMENTARY FOLLOW UP

After coming into your home, building rapport and organizing your space, you don't think we'd just leave you hanging do you? Of course not! We'll follow up two weeks after your project to check in and see how things are going. If you need a slight reset or adjustment, just let us know. It's important that the systems put in place work for you and your family so if that's not the case, we want to address it.

PRICING

During our discovery call, we will assess your space and provide a quote within 24 hours. 

  • 1 Organizer: $65/hr*

  • 2 Organizers: $120/hr*

*3 hour minimum is required for all projects
